How we work

What do we expect of you throughout the process?
- To be happy before the viewing that you are sure that you want a horse.
- The stabling/ field is ready.
- To have sufficient funds available for the horses you are viewing or interested in.
- Everybody is here at viewing that needs to be part of the decision to purchase.
We expect customers to be kind and polite throughout the whole process of purchasing a horse including during warranty. It is important to us that horses go to the correct homes and we understand that sometimes things don’t work out! We offer a welcoming approach with our warranty for these circumstances and a friendly chat on the phone with us is all that’s necessary to help.

What to expect on the day?
- We will show you round the horses over the stable door which suit your criteria.
- Next we will lose school the horses of your choosing.
- After loose schooling everything on your shortlist you may then ride with the option of one of our staff riding beforehand.

How do I secure a horse if I like him?
A non-refundable deposit secures the horse(s) of your choosing.
Deposit amounts are as follows:
- A horse valued up to £5,000= deposit amount £300
- A horse valued over £5,000= deposit amount £500
(Deposits are refundable if failure of vetting).
Are all horses open to vetting?
Yes, every horse is open to vetting, we work with a panel of highly reputable vets here which you can choose from. We do not x ray here but you can at home under your two week exchange warranty.
Can we help with transport?
Yes we can help with arranging transport, there are many local options. You as the purchaser will have to pay for the transportation of the horse. Please have a conversation with us if you need any help.
Are they in work?
We only ride and try our horses for customers.
Is every horse Passported?
Yes.
How long do I have until I can take my horse away?
We advise you to take your horses as soon as you can to get your two week exchange warranty underway.
What reasons can I exchange?
Any! We are here to help you find the perfect horse.
